TV Broadcast

One of our films, Aliens in the Field went out on BBC World last year to an audience of over 270 million people word wide. Amongst planned productions is the series 'Human Rights Defender' which is to go out as part of the new BBC series 'On the Front Line'.

Funders

We look for a variety of funding, both from grant making trusts and foundations as well as through business partnership. We will not however accept financial support that might harm our integrity and clash with our core values.

Volunteers

Volunteers are most successful in working with us if they like to work collaboratively, enjoy being challenged and are dedicated and reliable individuals. If you are interested in volunteering, please click here. Current volunteer partners are idealist.org and the London School of Economics Volunteer centre.

Policy Shapers

In the past policy shapers and academics have found our films relevant as putting faces and voices to 'issues' meant a different connection opens up. Seeing problems through the eyes of those who are closely involved helps to foster a more nuanced understanding of the underlying forces shaping a situation.

Communities

We establish close links with communities we meet through projects. Using our films gives them a tool for advocacy, making it easier to get their voices heard and engage in debate with policy circles. In addition the films help others to evaluate their own practice and kick-start new processes in the social change arena.

Educators

Many educators working in the field of Human Rights and environmental protection are teaching the next generation of practitioners and policy makers; both teachers and students benefit from exploring the new examples of linking practice to policy we share through our films. To order films, go to Our films page.

Media

We work with UK and web media to publicize our work. We’re especially interested in building links with UK voluntary sector media and exploring web media outlets; so if you're a journalist interested in our work, please contact us

3rd Sector Organisations

Each Storyteller project collaborates with several Non-Govermmental Organisations - the 'subject experts' we want to have on board at all times. We also partner up with other organizations using media for social change to share resources and move forward together.
